The year is 1901; King Edward vii ascends to the throne of the British Empire, but what empire?

The preceding thirty years have been decades of chaos, anarchy, famine, death and destruction.

An ice age has begun, sea levels have dropped and monsters roam the new wild lands left by receding waters. Much has changed, but much has not.
